Dukan365 provides online software and managed digital website development services. We do not manufacture, package, or dispatch physical goods. All deliverables are purely digital and delivered over the Internet.

1. The 48-Hour Demo Delivery Timeline

Once you submit your preliminary business details (shop name, phone number, catalog items, and photos) to us via WhatsApp, our team designs and provisions a live preview demo website within 48 business hours.

2. What You Must Provide

To ensure prompt delivery of your website, you agree to share:

• Official business name, contact phone number, and physical store address.
• Product names, categories, and selling prices.
• Photographs of products or storefront that you own or have permission to publish.
• Your UPI QR code or VPA (for Growth plan payments integration).

3. Revision, Approval & Go-Live

After reviewing your demo preview link:

• You can request text, photo, and color adjustments directly on WhatsApp.
• Upon your complete approval and payment of the subscription plan, your website is switched to active production mode.
• You will receive your production URL (or custom domain) ready to share with customers and print on store boards.

4. Domain Registration & SSL Setup

For plans including a custom .in domain or connecting your own domain:

• Domain propagation and automated SSL security certificate issuance take between 2 to 24 hours depending on global DNS registries.
• Hosting infrastructure, server maintenance, and uptime monitoring are handled continuously by Dukan365.

5. Ongoing Support Channels & Response Times

All customer support and monthly catalog updates are handled directly through WhatsApp:
